We are currently in the process of registering this company as a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) under the voluntary social service organisation (registration and supervision act)

Under the current law all NGO’s are liable to pay 6% tax on all receipts and 10% on
the interest income. However, we have requested the tax consultant Messrs Ernst &
Young to check the possibility of obtaining a tax exemption from 6% tax on all receipts.
